Of course they wanted to see some buildings in the logo, as any other real estate company, that makes anyone understands the nature of the company at a glance, but they wanted something different than the whole competitors in the Market, yet familiar to Saudi and Arab People in General. They wanted to have the luxury look and feel, trust, strengths, Arabic Typography fusion in it
As they wanted, I Mixed the Arabic Typography with the buildings made a strong feel to the logo, unfamiliar use of the buildings in a real estate logo. For the Colors ( Gold and Navy Blue ) played very well on the trust and the luxurious look
Of course, as any professional logo design, I gave them the Brand Guidelines, elements, social media covers & templates, all Corporate Identity Elements ( Company Profile, Letterhead, Business Card, Folder, ... ), And Outdoor campaign materials.
